Market indices finished in the green across the board this Monday. It’s now the third straight day higher going back to Thursday of last week, and recovered from a quick drop into the red (mostly) roughly a half-hour prior to Monday’s close.

$KO has been one of the most resilient companies in existence and in times like this, they are performing as expected.

I do own $KO since I believe it has tremendous brand loyalty and staying power. Even though I think it could take a hit with the war against obesity, soda tax, etc, I don't believe the company is going face serious trouble any time soon.

I hear there will be a soda sales tax soon. That will hurt $KO, $PEP and the other soda companies. I wonder if it will apply to SodaStream ($SODA). Regardless, it shouldn't affect restaurants though - they charge just as much for water!
