Steve Cook – Steve Cook is not only a director, he also serves as head of structuring at Sequoia Investment Management Company. Serving as a portfolio manager, Steve’s primary role is to structure the financial products and investment funds of Sequoia. With almost two decade’s worth of infrastructure debt experience under his belt, Steve is a real asset here at Sequoia. During his illustrious career, Steve has worked with a wide variety of institutions, including: Network Rail, London City Airport, Punch Taverns Plc, Texas Pacific Group, and more besides. With an MA in mathematics, you can rest assured that Steve is also great with figures.

Dolf Kohnhorst – Serving as Chief Risk Officer, Dolf Kohnhorst’s primary role at Sequoia is to provide risk assessment and to ensure the compliancy of the company’s infrastructure debt funds. With more than 34 years of experience in investment banking, lending in the construction, project finance, and shipping sectors, plus experience in debt capital markets in general, Dolf is in the perfect position to continue to take the company forwards in the safest, most effective and most compliant ways possible. Mr Kohnhorst also holds an MA in French Literature, from the University of Oxford.

Randall Sandstrom – Randall Sandstrom is the CIO and CEO of Sequoia, and has decades worth of experience behind him. Mr Sandstrom has worked in capital markets, infrastructure debt markets, as well as domestic and international credit markets for over 25 years. Having studied at the George Washington University in the US, Mr Sandstrom holds an MBA in finance and investments. He has also served his country in the armed forces, having served in the US Army 20th Special Forces Group (Airborne) for more than three years on detachment. Formerly serving on the board of directors LCF Rothschild, and having worked for Morgan Stanley, Mr Sandstrom has worked with some of the biggest names in the financial sector.
