Today the Richmond Fed Manufacturing Composite Index increased 6 points to 7 from last month's 1.
Consumer Confidence Increased Moderately In June
The latest Conference Board Consumer Confidence Index was released this morning based on data collected through June 15. The headline number of 118.9 was an increase from the final reading of 117.6 for May, a downward revision from 117.9.

May New Home Sales Beat Expectations
This morning's release of the May New Home Sales from the Census Bureau came in at 610K, up 2.9% month-over-month from a revised 593K in April. Seasonally adjusted estimates back to February were also revised.

Kansas City Fed Survey: Faster Growth In June
Quarterly data for this indicator dates back to 1995, but monthly data is only available from 2001. New seasonal adjustment factors were introduced in January 2017 and slight revisions were made to previous data as a result.
FHFA House Price Index: Another Post-Recession High
The nominal HPI index has exceeded its pre-recession peak of what's generally regarded to have been a housing bubble. Adjusted for inflation, the index remains off its historic high.
