Economic Events Of The Coming Week - 8/3/2015

Monday: The final estimate for July's Manufacturing Purchasing Manages' Indices will see light worldwide. In the U.S., June's Personal Income and Personal Spending data will be released – analysts expect both of these to present minor increases. June's Construction Spending will also see light in the U.S., as well as the ISM Manufacturing Survey.

Tuesday: July's Nationwide House Prices data will be released in the U.K., with analysts expecting year over year gain in prices to pick up towards 3.5%, from a current 3.3%. In the U.S., June's Factory Orders data will see light

Wednesday: Expect July final estimates to be released worldwide for 'services' and 'composite' Purchasing Managers' Indices. The U.S. will also host the release of the weekly MBA Mortgage Applications. July's ADP Employment change will also see light in the U.S., while trying to beat a rather modest 210K analyst consensus, after scoring 237K in June. Additionally, June's Trade Balance data will be released in the U.S.

Thursday: June's Factory Orders data will be released in Germany. Analysts are rather optimistic, seeing a 0.3% month over month increase. In the U.K., June's Industrial Production data will see light. This will be followed by a rate announcement to be made by the Bank of England. In the U.S., the weekly Initial Jobless Claims will make its debut.

Friday: The Bank of Japan is scheduled to make a monetary policy statement. June Industrial Production data will be published in Germany and France. In the U.K., June's Trade Balance data will see light and in Greece July's Consumer Price Index will be released. Gathering significant attention from market participants, certainly following the last Fed statement, is July's Nonfarm Payrolls, where analysts expect a slight increase to 225K, from 223K in June. July's U.S. Unemployment rate will also see light, currently at 5.3%.
