This nearly 2,000% YoY EPS growth is inflated by a $700 million share buyback program. CEO Gary Friedman has received 1,000,000 shares that vest when the company reaches $100, $125, and $150 per share benchmarks which will greatly incentivize Friedman to reach these milestones.
