Stocks continue catching a bid ahead of the FOMC decision on rates. While sustaining a move like this is hard to estimate, it's the FOMO that encourages me most.

The credit-crunch issue may be ignored with respect to big-caps, but the broad market has not ignored the excesses or the low levels in smaller, disruptive and innovative stocks.
