so for more people I mention ETF's since a lot of folks want to set it and forget it like investing in the S&P as opposed to 5 out of the mag7. I personally like to select names I like, like $CCJ and $CEG but I do own a little $REMX as well. I just wanted to give people insight so they can research and make a more informed decision.
I think right now we're solving for the rare earth bottleneck since China has dominance by far, but in the future it might be uranium supply. The Nuclear reactors and tech are like airlines, they require bog money, staff, locations etc. I'd watch out for areas and companies that might be restricted or restricted to markets in the future as well as new tech we have not seen yet as things develop. That's why on the Nuke side I like $CEG and $CCJ, big boys with big contracts with other big boys.
He needs the $CCJ to close at $17.90 by September just to break even. That's just stupid on a downtrend. Should sell weekly naked calls at $17.50 to get some of that premium back.
Very interesting analysis on $CCJ. I have been hoping explore the Uranium market as well and this piece has provided some useful information. Personally I believe $CCJ has to long of an investment horizon and that nuclear will inevitably bow to renewables and cheaper natural gas but still very interesting idea.
