Well-known cybersecurity company McAfee has been around for decades and trades on the major stock exchanges.

The digital age is here, and it’s become an indispensable part of our lives. These advances have put more power in the hands of consumers and businesses, but the reliance on computers and connectivity has made us more vulnerable to cyberattacks. 

The recent cyberattack on the U.S. government, deemed to be the worst cyberattack in history, has increased awareness regarding cybersecurity. As such it is expected that the demand for integrated cybersecurity technologies should rise this year.

Earlier this week McAfee reported its third-quarter results that continued to surpass all market expectations.

Cybersecurity company McAfee is set to return to the public markets with this week’s IPO.
