According to a recent research, the global e-learning market is expected to grow 13% annually to $645 billion by 2030 from $215 billion in 2021.

Coursera has been driving growth by driving synergies across its registered learner base. It ended the last quarter with nearly 97 million registered users, adding almost 5 million users per quarter.

Coursera recently announced its second-quarter results. Its Q2 revenues grew 38% to $102.1 million. Adjusted net loss was $6.9 million, compared to an adjusted net loss of $10.3 million a year ago.

Coursera forecast revenues of $89-$93 million for the second quarter and $369-$381 million for the fiscal year.

It's been a very bad month for SPACs. The flood of recent SPACs, which through the end of March was a non-stop torrent, has come and gone, spelling trouble for the broader market for initial public offerings with just three SPACs listing last week.
