Since childhood, I firmly think that animals are way smarter than we presume. And now we individuals, like a species, are merely being too arrogant. Scientific evidence proves our planet is not the epicenter of the solar system, but today it also implies that we are really not the sole center of intelligence.
What are believed levels of intelligence? How and who defines them? Do you consider that some animals are way smarter than some people?
Throughout my experiences, I do believe so. Even though animals cannot speak or read, as an example, will not automatically indicate they cannot think or feel. When comparing one type of animals to a new, or perhaps to humans, we can easily see different numbers of intelligence.
So, we have been deceiving ourselves into assuming that, for centuries we have been more intelligent than the rest of the animal kingdom. Knowning that, despite growing evidence currently for the opposite. Naturally, I don't deny that we, human animals, are smart in relation to doing what should be done to survive. But other species might be way smarter than were, believe or think.
Intelligence is Relative
Numerous animals have exceptional brains, most people purely misunderstand many of their abilities. Now there are facts that crows, dogs, octopuses or koalas, simply to name a few, reveal superior intelligence. It can be widespread truth within the animal kingdom. Sometimes, animals possess greater reasoning faculties than any man. So, a number of them are probably way smarter.
And a few of the actions or behaviors cannot merely be regarded instinct. When we look at various animals, we quite often cannot do their work. Sometimes, the way they act or even the things they actually do are incredibly complicated, like a bat flying at night. These creatures can capture flying insects in midair directly with echolocation.
So, it does not only takes instinct many brainpower to comprehend such feat. Yet and we don't take note of these kinds of things because we feel it is irrelevant. Most of the people don't evaluate the skills of animals, but alternatively do a comparison to ours in term of intelligence. As long as they cannot reason, speak, or read, chances are they'll mustn't be as bright once we are.
Outlining That is Way Smarter
Over the ages, the ruling classes, from religion to scholars, do repeat that same belief: "We, humans are incomparable because we are the cleverest in the pet kingdom." They also pretend that animals have zero soul or feelings. However, science and life show us that animals will have feelings, a soul, and reasoning faculties driving them to way smarter than we believe.
So, this belief of convinced that we're superior in intelligence dates back some ten thousand years back. It started when man created agriculture, farms, and domestication of animals. After that it gained momentum with all the beliefs of faith, which regarded humans because principal species in creation.
But does it imply our intelligence is a the next stage? Absolutely not; they may be just of numerous types. When a foreigner attempts to talk with you using an imperfect, flawed or broken type of your language, your first impression is because are certainly not very smart. But you entirely different.
