What Is Wrong With The European Banks?

We discuss how the European banks such as Deutsche Bank and Credit Swiss are breaking down dramatically.

I have warned about the share price of Deutsche Bank for several months now. Now the US banks stocks are weakening with Bank OZK leading the way down things are going from bad to worse. Could this be the next economic time bomb? Yes! This is why we have liked gold and the gold mining stocks.

There are many short-term swing trades to buy for a counter-trend rally but I do not think that it is time to invest.

Anarchy! Trump blames the media for attacks on the media. Europe is in bad shape. Euro hurting. Maybe a dead cat bounce in stocks. Maybe. S and P gets 50 percent profit overseas. Strong dollar makes goods more expensive. Dollar is important. DB weak. Counterparty risk to all big banks! Really bad! Signal. Bailout coming? If not, banks go lower.

@[Robert Desmond](user:21295), you ask what's wrong? Negative interest rates and weak European economies.
