The top scoring small cap industry is semi ICs (DIOD). Resorts/casinos (PENN, CNTY), specialized semi (MPWR), specialized health (BEAT, USPH), and processed & packaged goods (MGPI) are the strongest scoring small cap industries.  

No basics baskets score above the universe average score this week. In consumer goods, focus on processed & packaged goods and auto parts (SRI).
