During the session on Tuesday, we believe that the ISM Manufacturing PMI number will probably be the most important economic announcement as it can move the US stock market. Keep in mind that the US stock markets have sold off rather drastically only to bounce recently, so this announcement could take on a certain amount of importance.

NASDAQ finding support

The NASDAQ initially fell during the course of the session on Monday, but found enough support near the 4300 region to show a little bit of stability. With fact, the market should continue to go higher if we can break above the top of the range for the session on Monday. Once we do, we would be buyers of calls.

USD/JPY finding 121 supportive

The USD/JPY pair fell during the course of the day on Monday, but found the 121 level supportive enough to bounce. If we can break above the top of the range for Monday and/or Friday, we would be buyers of calls as the market should then trying to reach towards the 124 level again.

FTSE struggling but has support

We believe that as long as the FTSE can stay above the 6200 level, it should continue to go higher. Sooner or later it should reach the 6500 level. A break of the top of the hammer from last Friday should be a call buying opportunity.

The GBP/USD pair is sloping downwards, close to support level at 1.5340. We might be buyers of put options. Near-term support is at 1.5340, with a break below that on a daily closing basis exposing the support level at 1.5180. In case of a move above the 1.5435-1.5500 area, we could be buyers of call options.

Gold close above the support level at 1117.10 and is trading upwards. It could be interesting of buying call options. Near-term resistance is the 61.8% Fib at 1149.70, with a break above that exposing the level at 1169.00. In case of a move below the support level at 1117.10, we could be buyers of put options.
