The average scores across our universe of ADRs is 49.88 and for comparison, the average four and eight week moving average score is 48.21 and 48.37, respectively. The average ADR in our universe is trading -23.99% below its 52 week high, 3.68% above its 200 dma, has 3.63 days to cover held short, and is expected to post EPS growth of 11.56% next year.

The following are the top and bottom scoring ADRs in our universe.

Overweight basics (SNP, SIM, CEO, ECA, BASFY, YPF, SUBCY, SID, REPYY, GOLD), utilities (SBS, CPL), and technology (TU, IIJI, VOD, TEO, NTES, GSOL, CRTO, TSM) in ADRs. Healthcare scores in line with the average universe score. Services, consumer goods, financials, and industrial goods score below average. 

The top scoring zones are North America (BCE, TU, ECA, RY, BMO) and Latin America (SBS, SIM, BAP, TEO, UGP, ASR, CIB). North America, Latin America, and Central & Eastern Europe (ROSYY, MBT) are the best regions. Canada (BCE, TU), Norway (SUBCY, STO), Bermuda (GSOL), Ireland (RYAAY), and Mexico (SIM, ASR, OMAB, VLRS) are the top countries.
