The stock market powered back after the terrible incident in France last week. There was a surge in Put purchasing which actually is fuel to go higher. More so, from Europe to Japan and to China, rates are being reduced and liquidity is being forced into the stock market. The prior down turn was on lower volume and this weeks was on higher volume showing institutional buyers stepping up to the plate.

We first look at the SPY and the QQQ which currently are trending higher. Then we combine fundamentals with technicals when we have a break out.
