Market Briefing For Thursday, March 30

Illuminating the path for an upward consolidation was our focus last night and we're very pleased with the market's behavior Wednesday, which saw a softer Dow Industrials much of the day, while S&P and NASDAQ were firm.

There is a potential critical juncture coming and as we've hinted at, odds at this point are that it would take a (possibly political) 'black-swan' event able to disrupt the market, and sadly some of the ongoing growth prospects. Now of course such events may not even occur.

But contradictions between House & Senate Intelligence Committees about leaks and/or alleged illegal activities, certainly give a good hint of what might lie ahead. Not to mention the globalists and their allies really in a desperate fight to return things to the centrally-controlled game plan lots of folks 'think' the world was on. And it wasn't one beneficial to the USA beyond a point of no return really years ago for those policies of deconstruction.

President Trump is 'no John Wayne' but like the veteran pilot of that at-risk transpacific airline, who didn't even really think he'd get to command a flight; the President finds his honorable efforts to rebuild America's growth projects in-peril a bit, due to those who would indeed induce turbulence if they can. It compels the pressure to 'do more' faster; before opponents can lash-out (at him if they're able to); and divert the flight from a 'Constitutional collision'.

Yes, many of the 'amenities' aboard this flight are not cherished (campaign promises about the environment and healthcare probably head the list); but others should be, on a bipartisan basis. Basically the polarized passengers of both parties on this trip, want to land safely; which is why the Pilot makes a decision to fly the slightly-crippled craft almost out of fuel; amid bickering and infighting about whether to ditch, back home. It's a quintessential time to tough-it-out and negotiate concurrently, which so far is ongoing decently.

Thursday should see further efforts to extend the market, as aside from 'events that may be ahead', there are few technical indications of a top; provided we get above the declining tops pattern outlined, on a closing-price basis.
