My Swing Trading Approach

Watching for follow through today, to add legitimacy to yesterday's ATH rally. If that happens, I'll look to add more long exposure.   

Indicators

VIX - Popped and dropped. Now back below 10 again. 

T2108 (% of stocks trading below their 40-day moving average) Now at 70%. Good indication that stocks are with this market rally finally, which hasn't been the case always this year. 

Moving averages (SPX): Reclaimed the 5 and 10-day mvoing averages and now on top of all MA's. 

Industries to Watch Today

Autos are on fire. Though some cracks are starting to show up. Industrials still the hottest sector - good luck finding a decent setup there. Financials still doing quite well too. Technology with the aid of semiconducators, are showing some signs of life again. Energystill strong too. Nothing going with Defensive and Utilities.

My Market Sentiment

I keep looking for that potential sell-off, but nothing more than intraday and for a few minutes at best, is the most I have seen so far this month.
