This appears to be a customer that is looking to hedge MDLZ against a downside sell off. The customer is probably long stock and is afraid of the stock having a drop in the near future.The customer will do his or her best if the stock drops toward 41.00 a share.

These puts should be considered aggressively bearish the underlying and bullish volatility.
