I’ve been a fan of short positions for retailers, as well as the ETF (XRT), but there’s one in particular I’d like to point out as my favorite: Williams-Sonoma (WSM). Here’s the chart:

Besides the chart, though, my general feeling is that the entire chain sells (a) generally useless stuff (b) at really, really high prices. That, to me, isn’t a winning combination.
